By analyzing this data we can see that the early Baby Boomer generation, the Lucky generation Generation Y, are the three age groups that spend the most amount of money on luxury goods. The youngest generations are the most dominant in spending because they are little finical responsibility, thus they spend all their money on personal/luxury goods, and entertainment. The Baby Boomer generation is starting to retire, and economically thrived during the beginning of the technological indusrty. Therefor, this generation spends a great deal of their money on their children and their children's children.This information can guide us in deciding who our target market should be, and help us develop new design elements for Butler Bag.
